When the Greeks reached the western borders of the
Mediterranean, they named the islands they found Gimnesic.
In English, this means Naked Islands. Amongst this
amazing scenery of green and turquoise, we create our gin.
We use centuries-old copper stills, cooled with
Mediterranean sea water and our artisan’s experience
of more than 400 years.
Our goal is to create a gin full of its own character that
doesn’t need to “dress up” with added elements to
surprise to make you fall for it. That’s why the
“naked” concept fits in perfectly.
